Academic Calendar
The academic year consists of 2 semesters and runs from September until June. Application deadlines vary between institutions, but universities officially open in October. Many universities allocate places on a first-come, first-served basis dependent on the applicant’s pre-existing qualifications. It is therefore advisable that applicants apply as soon as possible. Some less popular courses at certain universities accept applications on a rolling basis, but the most popular ones at the most credible institutions fill up quickly and are marked by a high degree of competition.
